We invite you to enjoy 9 days in a tropical paradise surrounded by nature. We will explore: Panama City, Bocas del Toro, Isla Popa, Cayo Zapatilla, Cayo Coral, Isla San Cristóbal, Playa Estrella, Isla de Pájaros, Isla Bastimentos, and more.

Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Panama City

- Check-in at the hotel. 

- City tour by van of the main attractions, including Casco Viejo and the Panama Canal. 

- Buffet dinner at the hotel. 

Day 2: Shopping Day in Colón

- Breakfast at the hotel. 

- Shopping excursion to the Colón Free Zone. 

- Return to Panama City in the afternoon. 

- Buffet dinner at the hotel. 

Day 3: Flight to Bocas del Toro

- Breakfast and check-out from the hotel. 

- Flight to Bocas del Toro, Isla Colón. 

- Boat trip to Isla Popa. 

- Check-in at Ponci’s Gate to Gaia and welcome talk about living ecologically in harmony with nature. 

- Integration activities, such as snorkeling and paddle boarding. 

- Dinner with traditional food from Bocas del Toro. 

Day 4: Bastimentos Marine National Park - Cayo Zapatilla 

- Guided boat excursion to Bastimentos Marine National Park, visiting Cayo Zapatilla and Cayo Coral. 

- Snorkeling and picnic on the beach. 

- Dinner with stories and poems. 

Day 5: Cacao Experience on Isla San Cristóbal 

- Breakfast. 

- Guided boat tour to Isla San Cristóbal for the cacao experience from tree to chocolate. 

- Picnic lunch and dolphin and local wildlife watching. 

- Night ceremony of cacao "opening of the heart." 

Day 6: Excursion to Playa Estrella 

- Breakfast. 

- Guided excursion to Playa Estrella and Bocas del Drago. 

- Lunch at the beach and a day of snorkeling. 

- Dinner, Full Moon Ritual, and a bonfire at night. 

Day 7: Connection with Gaia

- Breakfast. 

- Guided hiking on Isla Popa, including meditation and yoga. 

- Tropical garden workshop or crystal workshop. 

- Barbecue dinner and board games. 

Day 8: Boat Excursions to Red Frog 

- Breakfast. 

- Guided boat excursion to Isla Bastimentos and Red Frog Beach. 

- Lunch at a restaurant. 

- Farewell dinner with gourmet pizza tasting. 

Day 9: Return

- Breakfast and check-out from Ponci’s Gate to Gaia. 

- Boat trip back to Isla Colón and return flight to Panama City.
